Gujarat Day
Gujarat Sthapana Diwas is celebrated annually on 1 May to commemorate the establishment of the state of Gujarat. To honour the founding of Gujarat, several activities were carried out by the students of classes VI to VIII from 23 April to 29 April 2025. The activities aimed to promote cultural awareness, creativity, and active participation among students.
Class VI students performed Role Play. Participants enacted historical figures, freedom fighters, and cultural icons of Gujarat, adorned with creative costumes, expressive acting, and informative narration. These role plays aimed to foster a sense of pride and awareness among students about their heritage.
Class VII students performed Nukkad Natak focused on inspiring achievements of our great leaders, the innovations and industrial growth shaping Gujarat’s bright future and cultural themes pertinent to Gujarat. Dynamic performances showcased the message to dream big and work hard to make our country proud!
Class VIII Students were engaged in Poem Creation and Recitation, expressing their feelings and pride for Gujarat through creative poetry. The recitations were heartfelt and showcased their literary talents and emotional connection to the state.
The week engaged participants in diverse activities, fostering cultural pride and awareness of Gujarat's rich history and developments.
