The school has started, just today!
The first day of school on 1 April 2024 at Delhi Public School Tapi began with excitement and warmth. Teachers welcomed students with smiles, fostering a positive atmosphere. The "Welcome Assembly" featured prayers and a joyful dance, setting the tone for the day. Classes III-V students were engaged in various welcome activities, from interactive games to individualized emblems, promoting camaraderie and easing first-day nerves.
Class III had an "Apple, Banana, Orange" activity to encourage interaction among students. Each fruit was given an action and students were asked to be alert listening to the teacher calling out the various fruits as they had to act accordingly. They were warmly welcomed with personalized badges, fostering a sense of belonging from the outset.
Class IV had “Monkey See, Monkey Do” and “Simon Says” activities to encourage coordination and cooperation among students.
Class V students had fun by following the instructions of their teachers where they had to arrange themselves in the chronological order of their birthday month as quickly as possible and they had to jump to the side that is called out by the teacher.
Overall, it was a successful start to the new session, promising an engaging and memorable academic year ahead.
